We recommend dry clean our garments for longer lasting and preventing shrinkage.

We use a mixture of high-quality durable and sustainable fabrics that are meant to last if they are properly stored and cleaned.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we ship only to the USA.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the U.S.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at clientinquiry.us@tarleva.com. as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.

Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free. We accept returns within 14 days from the date the item is delivered to your door.
Can I exchange my item?
At this time, we are not able to provide exchanges. We suggest you request a return for the item you’re not satisfied with at clientinquiry.us@tarleva.com and place a new order for the new item. Once we receive your return at our facility and it has been processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

How can I expect my order to be packaged?
Each garment comes in its own individual resealable bag then we package them in a mailing bag for protection.
Where is my order?
As the order is submitted, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the order to be processed and shipped from our facility. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking details to track the package online. Allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order has been shipped.
My package is missing, Can you help?
Please contact us at clientinquiry.us@tarleva.com if you have not received your order that has been delivered or if it has been misplaced in transit. We will be glad to assist
Can you assist with damaged garments?
We do apologize you received a damaged product. Please kindly submit a picture illustrating the issue to clientinquiry.us@tarleva.com with your details and we will gladly provide a resolution.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Payment is debited from your card once the order is placed. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.
